Prerequisites: Celestial Lance + Drones
Celestial Lance now applies to your drones instead of you. When you fire, one drone flies rapidly parallel to your shot. This has a ~1 second cooldown.
Drone launch speed is affected by modifiers to construct speed
It could alternatively be done with Wingman allies as well, perhaps if their construct speed got upped at the cost of their firerate.
