When a player uses a reroll to reject the offered mods & gear, those mods and gear should have a significantly reduced (if not outright zero) chance of appearing until the next upgrade point is spent. It's frustrating to burn through all your rerolls cycling between the same dozen or so deadweight mods looking for one that's essential to your build, only to get stuck waiting for the next reroll power-up to spend your upgrade point, and this change would significantly alleviate that frustration.

BoJarkWhosemanAnywayI wouldn't mind this as a mod that you can buy, say no duplicates until your next levelup and the ability to remove specific mods from trees. But in general, I like that you sometimes have to weigh not getting that crucial mod against how desperate you are, and that random element adds a lot of charm to the game.
