+1% All Mods stats for each mod in possession (+2% for recursive Wild mods, +4% for non-recursive wild mods).
-1% Hull and Shields for each mod in possession (-2% for recursive Wild mods, -4% for non-recursive wild mods).
Max Hull and Shield Cannot go lower than 10 by any means.

Gustavo NomegrandeThe idea is to lower your hull and shield while increasing other stats, the minimum hull and shields are for the player to not die for getting a new mod.
But setting the max hull and shield to 10 with stronger mod stats could also be fun to try, -

GlitchInteresting, and I think I like it, the minimum hull and shield could be very interesting, and would go really well with certain mods such as Obsession or Support Specialist which linearly lower your hull and shield to further increase certain other things.
